WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH SHUTTER GAL?
The owner of Shutter Gal, Jan Porter, will come to your home or office, measure your windows, show you styles of shutters and assist you with styles and color choices. You will be given a written estimate for your shutters.
WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL ARE SHUTTER GAL SHUTTERS MADE FROM?
Shutter Gal has painted shutters made from poplar wood and stained shutters made from basswood.
DOES SHUTTER GAL SELL CUSTOM PAINTED SHUTTERS?
Shutter Gal has a variety of standard paint color choices and stain color choices. There is an option for custom paint colors which has a slight upcharge.
DOES SHUTTER GAL SELL SHUTTERS FOR SPECIALTY WINDOWS?
Shutter Gal has shutters to fit a variety of windows such as arch windows and eyebrow windows. There are also options for sliding shutters and bifold/multifold shutters.
HOW IS THE PAYMENT HANDLED FOR THE SHUTTER ORDER FROM SHUTTER GAL?
When a shutter order is placed with Shutter Gal, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of the order is paid the day of the installation when job is completed.
IS THERE ANY WARRANTY ON SHUTTER GAL SHUTTERS?
Shutters purchased from Shutter Gal are warrantied for 15 years for structual issues, 5 years for paint or custom finish issues, and 2 years for stain issues.
